My roommate got hit badly by a E - Bike leaving with a bad bang on his head and cuts to his arm. Theses e bikes don’t obey the law of the road. They are a danger to pedestrians and children alike. They must be stopped immediately. Every day I go out I fear for my life with theses E bikes in the streets. They suddenly come out of nowhere. Going way to fast for a bike
