While the new seasonal parking restrictions that Prince Edward County council implemented this year are necessary in other parts of the County, an exemption should be made at Lake on the Mountain resort. 

Here, two small, much-loved restaurants, with stunning Ontario views, are facing closure. The original mill has been around since the late 1700's  and the family-run restaurants have been in business for 30 years!

Parking regulations that incur a $400 fine are out of keeping for this venue on a quiet rural road. Covid was tough enough on them last year; help them stay alive now!
