Investigate Claims of Misconduct and Release an Innocent Man from Prison

Sgt. Dyer's first trial was a hung jury. His 2nd trial was a mistrial due to prosecutorial misconduct and he was convicted in his 3rd trial. The attorney in the 3rd trial did not present exhonorating evidence and withheld evidence which would clear Sgt. Dyer of the false allegations of his wife and the state.

This conviction is a blatant miscarriage of justice. We are providing some of the key evidence and information from the trials (due to confidentiality and legal ramifications some documents have been redacted and others we are not able to provide) so that you the people can make up your own minds. We ask you to sign the petition in agreeance to the demand for news and media coverage, to notify the public as well as the demand for public officials to investigate and for the release of Sgt. Dyer.

On April 19, 2012 Decorated Marine Sgt. Charles Dyer was convicted of the rape of his minor child and sentenced to 30 years in prison requiring 85% of that sentence be served before he is eligible for parole. Sgt. Dyer has never committed or been convicted of a crime, he served his Country Honorably.
