Bank of New York Mellon took our house of eleven years to a illegal Trustee Sale 7-14-16, they then filed a Unlawful Detainer against me on 12-28-16, to which I responded on 1-3-17 and filed a Quiet Title, to my surprise I found out that in Unlawful Detainer cases in California who can not dispute the TITLE, in other words I was unable to present my objection to the lawsuit as well as have my evidence from the Security Exchange Commission that the loan was secured on 9-17-08, the assignment of the loan to BNYM was not until 2010, they assigned a note when there was NOT a note, so BNYM purchased a Deed of Trust in lieu of foreclosure, this is how banks are taking properties back from individuals. My Husband and I are Seniors...Disabled...and indigent. This house is all we got, we can't afford rents...section eight has a waiting list for years. WE will end up living in our car, with three rescue English Bulldogs. I need the Bank to come to the table an negotiate with me, on a solution that works for BOTH SIDES. WE have been in foreclosure for almost ten years, 2-1-18 will be TEN YEARS. PLEASE help us by signing this petition, we need this house more then BNYM as they will sell it for a loss, which will make us also both sides LOOSE...getting them to the table could make BOTH sides WIN...PLEASE SIGN
