Mr Corbyn to Resign as Labour Leader

The Copeland result was disappointing and demoralising to the whole UK Labour movement. It is the latest setback in a Corbyn leadership tenure that began some 18 months ago. Mr Corbyn was elected on a platform that would change Labour fortunes and reverse its decline.
Sadly, this has not transpired. Mr Corbyn's leadership has been described as ineffectual, at times incompetent and lacking credibility.
I would politely ask Mr Corbyn to demonstrate his unquestionable integrity, and now consider his position and step down as the Labour leader.
