The Irish Free State

The Issue

What is this petition?

This petition is for the abolishment of the Republic of Ireland and its replacement with a new democratic country name The Irish Free state. This will mean that the Republic of Ireland would cease to exist and would reform under a new country as the Irish Free state, delegitimizing the existing government and launching an era of change for the citizens of the Irish Free State where they come first in their own sovereign country.

Why this petition is required?

The petition is required due to the current direction that the country is heading which is putting its citizens into peril due to the globalist decision making that is dictating peoples lives. The current agenda of the existing politicians and parties are to sacrifice the rights, views and opinion of the Irish people to fulfil these globalist agendas at the expense of its citizens. All of the existing parties through different means such as protests and public appearances have shown to not represent the people that have elected them.

The existing politicians have shown nothing but destain for the people of the republic of Ireland and have failed to obide by the rules and laws that have completely violated the institutions of the republic of ireland. This in itself shows that the republic of Ireland in its current form simply cannot continue due to the level of corruption and it harbours and the continued abuse of its citizens.

Two areas where there are issues specifically are with agenda 21 which Brendan Howlan signed on our behalf in 1992 without consultation with the Irish people and the second being the Kalergi plan that is being executed on behalf of the EU which has not been consulted on with the Irish people. This has shown complete lack of transparency not only by the elected representatives of the Republic of Ireland but also highlights the lack of truth and transparency from the institutions that are there to protect the citizens.

Additionally, the politicians of the republic of Ireland have taken part in a cohesive agenda of signing the citizens of Ireland up to the UN sgd, paris climate accord and other international commitments without the consultation or approval of its citizens. In essence we have no voice in this republic and a people with no voice in their own sovereign country is not a sovereign country.

It has become quite clear that the politicians only have the interests of other parties than the citizens and the potential damage for the upcoming constitutional changes which include the removal of the right to private property including the rights of the citizens shows the politicians clear intent towards the citizens of the republic of Ireland. The damage includes:

1. Thousands of citizens homeless.

2. Hospital crisis causing the death of the citizens.

3. Housing crisis being cause by the investment funds left in to buy up property.

4. The destruction of the farming sector in Ireland for control of the food supply.

5. The intentional destruction of our financial freedom through the introduction of CBDC.

6. Hospital waiting lists trough the roof.

7. The influx of individuals from other countries with nothing to facilitate these people.

8. No consultation with citizens on the placement of these people in their communities.

9. The forced removal of peoples human rights with lock downs which no person in a free country has the authority to do.

10. The rising crime rates which are being ignored.

The list is not exclusive or exhaustive as the citizens of the republic of Ireland have too many failures to report.

It is quite clear that the republic of Ireland is a failed state caused by its politicians who have failed on every level and the only way forward is for the Irish citizens to take control of their country back and build a new country for the citizens of the Irish Free State.

The existing parties have more or less the exact same policies which are agenda 21 and the kalergi plan and there is no opposition in the republic of Ireland. We need to remove this issue.

What will happen if we get enough names?

If we get enough support for this movement , representatives of the movement along with whoever wants to will go to the Dail and present the petition for the dissolution of the Dail and the republic of Ireland. If they do not concede, we will begin the task of setting up the Irish Free State without them encouraging every business and person to stop complying and deregister from the existing government and register the new government, essentially stopping the funding of the government of the republic of Ireland. I new provisional government will be elected through each county and we will ignore the existing government of the republic of Ireland.

What happens if we are successful?

If we are successful, then the country will enter into a transition period for roughly 6 months. This is to facilitate the removal of aspects of the previous government. We will also be introducing measures to secure the democracy of the Irish Free State for the first elections. All will be open to public voting on the decisions that have been made based on public consultations nationally. Issues that we believe that should be addressed immediately are:

1. The removal of USC.

2. The banning of investment funds purchasing of property and a sic month period for them to sell the property back to the citizens of the Irish Free State.

3. The removal of the heads of the failed bodies such as the Garda, DPP, Judges, HSE etc…

4. Introduce mandatory audits and vetting of individuals who plan to run for election.

5. Ban the existing politicians with globalist agenda from running in elections.

6. The banning of RTE.

7. The banning of the Green Party, PBP and the Labour Party etc…. This would require a public consultation.

8. An open consultation on existing media in Ireland and their affiliation with the government which may result in a ban.

9. Investigations into existing politicians which include mandatory auditing and disclosures.

10. Setting up new laws for serving politicians which will include immediate dismissal, mandatory Garda investigation and court if they are caught breaking the law.

11. Removal of carbon tax.

12. Removal of capital gains tax.

13. Removal of stamp duty for all.

14. Removal of property tax.

15. Removal of fuel limitations.

16. The introduction of price regulation across the board to work with the competition authority.

17. The addition of shareholdings in companies to be considered when a company wants to operate in Ireland or with purchasing of companies in Ireland.

18. Price regulation based on the value of the house and not the location.

19. Pay rise for all health front line health workers and better working conditions by replacing the management and the removal of any management positions that are deemed not required to make employment more desirable in Ireland.

20. Pay rises for the armed forces and Gardai with better working conditions largely boosted by management changes and increase numbers with citizens. If will be mandatory for state employees to be Irish Free State citizens.

21. Only citizens can vote in any elections.

22. The change of the national flag to the real national flag.

23. The immediate removal of funding to NGOs and regulation that requires them to disclose their financial sources. Some NGOs will be deregistered and banned.

24. The restoration of our educational system by banning non factual and explicit content.

25. The suspension of the asylum process.

This list is not exhaustive or exclusive and will be expanded on as time goes on.

It is only right to include the proclamation that our people died for. It represents the Irish citizens. It has been amended remove the Republic.

THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE IRISH FREE STATE TO THE PEOPLE OF IRELAND

IRISHMEN AND IRISHWOMEN:
In the name of God and of the dead generations from which she receives her old tradition of nationhood, Ireland, through us, summons her children to her flag and strikes for her freedom.

Having organised and trained her manhood through her secret revolutionary organisation, the Irish Republican Brotherhood, and through her open military organisations, the Irish Volunteers and the Irish Citizen Army, having patiently perfected her discipline, having resolutely waited for the right moment to reveal itself, she now seizes that moment and supported by her exiled children in America and by gallant allies in Europe, but relying in the first on her own strength, she strikes in full confidence of victory.

We declare the right of the people of Ireland to the ownership of Ireland and to the unfettered control of Irish destinies, to be sovereign and indefeasible. The long usurpation of that right by a foreign people and government has not extinguished the right, nor can it ever be extinguished except by the destruction of the Irish people. In every generation the Irish people have asserted their right to national freedom and sovereignty; six times during the past three hundred years they have asserted it in arms. Standing on that fundamental right and again asserting it in arms in the face of the world, we hereby proclaim the Irish Free State as a Sovereign Independent State, and we pledge our lives and the lives of our comrades in arms to the cause of its freedom, of its welfare, and of its exaltation among the nations.

The Irish Free State is entitled to, and hereby claims, the allegiance of every Irishman and Irishwoman. The Irish Free State guarantees religious and civil liberty, equal rights and equal opportunities to all its citizens, and declares its resolve to pursue the happiness and prosperity of the whole nation and of all its parts, cherishing all the children of the nation equally, and oblivious of the differences carefully fostered by an alien Government, which have divided a minority from the majority in the past.

Until our arms have brought the opportune moment for the establishment of a permanent National Government, representative of the whole people of Ireland and elected by the suffrages of all her men and women, the Provisional Government, hereby constituted, will administer the civil and military affairs of the Republic in trust for the people.

We place the cause of the Irish Republic under the protection of the Most High God, Whose blessing we invoke upon our arms, and we pray that no one who serves that cause will dishonour it by cowardice, inhumanity, or rapine. In this supreme hour the Irish nation must, by its valour and discipline, and by the readiness of its children to sacrifice themselves for the common good, prove itself worthy of the august destiny to which it is called.

If you want a sovereign country for the the citizens of the Irish Free State, please sign the petition and lets make the changes our people need and deserve. Lets make a country for our children to be safe and happy in and you can tell them you did everything you could to make it happen. Please also include your children's names as well as they are citizens too of this new country we will build together. The change starts here!
