I believe that it is a crime against humanity to invade Ukraine without military or other real provocation, and to then aggressively target, terrify and kill innocent civilians. 
This is bullying and actual murder. 
I believe therefore Putin should be investigated immediately, without delay and subsequently charged with war crimes. 
The types of weapons being threatened to be deployed and those actually deployed should be investigated, particularly cluster and vacuum bombs. 
The world needs leaders who care about humanity beyond their own borders. 
If this is not acted on it sets a dangerous precedent for him to continue to do such acts in the future in Ukraine or elsewhere. It may also set a precedent for other leaders to do the same. The war tactics seen in Ukraine by Russia on Putin’s orders are criminal acts. 
By signing this petition we are saying to the the International Criminal
Court (ICC) in The Hague, that we want them to investigate now before more crimes can be committed and to hold leaders accountable. 
This petition is for our voice to be heard by the ICC.
