Elected President Laurent Gbagbo of Cote d'Ivoire was illegally detained at Internal Criminal Court for eight(8) years because he was planning while in power to free his country from the neocolonialism of France. Acquitted of all charges, he is still now detained in Brussels under another form of imprisonment.
