The Indian schools must start reusing the curriculum books to save resources .

In the world's most  richest country USA students are handed over the text books in the beginning of the year and deposited back  in the school at the end of the year .

In India so called poor and developing country students are compelled or rather harassed  by the school to buy new books and sold at throw away price as a waste at the end of the year.  This is done only to benefit  those handful of educationists . More trees are cut to increasing demand of paper and  thousands of  crore are spent again on conservation  jibe resulting  wastage of taxpayers money .

I sincerely request you all to take a stand for this  cause . Lets ask government to make proper policy for proper utilisation of text books. By issuing them to the students and also getting the same deposited at the emd ,  this will end the misery of parents and children for buying new books at each academic session and dumping them could possibly be avoided as the curriculum of the institutions at primary, middle, secondary, senior secondary/intermediate and even technical education is almost similar.
