A man by the name of Rafi sends boring, unfunny, and uninteresting videos from a certain app called “tik tok” into a group chat on Snapchat where no one likes these tik toks. We plead with him almost hourly to stop but he continues without hesitation. There’s no way this is legal and must be some form of harassment. Pleas by his friends have gone unheard and we must now take further measures to stop this violation of human rights.
