Igor Grabovsky started this petition to The House of Representatives and

The Royal Commission has produced the Final Report that is incompetent and highly damaging not only to the Aged Care industry*, but for the principles of democratic governance in Australia.

           * Under the term of “Aged Care industry” I meant the aged care recipients and aged care workers (cleaners, CSEs, nurses, doctors, cooks, kitchen hands, etc.,) and not the persons, who are benefiting from the misery of the aged care recipients and who are exploiting the aged care workers to a degree that constitutes modern slavery.

The Royal Commission proposed (among other suggestions) to take more money from the Australian people in the form of a levy or tax to fund the recurring “recommendations” (sarcasm) for “improving” the Aged Care sector.

The Australian people have the right to know and the Australian Parliament has a duty to explore if there is any other way to fix the problem before making any decision and taking any money from the Australian people.

The Alternative Report will inform about the alternative way to fix problems not only in the Aged Care sector but in many other aspects of governance – and it is for the Australian people to decide which report to take to act upon.

The cost of the Alternative Report to the Australian people is ONE DOLLAR!

The Alternative Report and a number of my other Petitions will be beneficial for many other petitioners, who are trying to protect our society from the devastating consequences of the incompetent governance.

The offenders must face REAL punitive measures: from the lost of their positions up to imprisonment, – depending on the severity of the committed offence(s) and damage, they have done to the people of Australia – that is the reason I AM ASKING FOR PUBLIC HELP.

PLEASE SUPPORT MY PETITIONS ANYWAY YOU CAN!

Below, is the full text of Petition EN2455:

                  TO THE HONOURABLE SPEAKER AND MEMBERS OF

                                 THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Petition Title:

To commission Igor Grabovsky to produce an alternative report into the Aged Care Quality and Safety (“the Alternative Report”)

Reasons:

The [members of] Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety (“the Commission”) lack the prerequisite expertise and, as a result, the Commission is incapable to detect/expose the offenders and/or to establish the reasons that caused the dereliction of the Aged Care sector (“the Aged Care”) and/or to take/recommend any effective measures that would rectify the problems in the Aged Care.

The Alternative Report will:

–         identify the offenders and reveal the causes of the problems in the Aged Care from the angle and upon objectively verifiable evidences that were never explored by the Commission;

–         expose the errors made by the Commission;

–         recommend the effective measures for rectifying problems in the most efficient way; and

–        provide an effective tool of public control over the institution of the Royal Commission by revealing information which otherwise would be hidden from the Parliament and the Australian people.

Request:

I, Igor Grabovsky, ask the House of Representatives:

(i)        to commission me to produce the Alternative Report into Aged Care Quality and Safety within eight months from the date of my commission for the consideration of one dollar as a total remuneration payable to me.

NOTE:           Unlike the proclamation of the [any] Royal Commission, which requires the [Vice] Regal assent, the House of Representative or the Senate may inform itself by the way of commissioning, either independently or jointly, a person to produce a private report;

(ii)        to publish the Alternative Report in the same way the Final Report of the Commission is published.
