The House and Senate of the United States of America: Approve Amendment 28 to the Constitution.
Amendment 28 places "We the People" and the lawmakers in Washington on an equal playing field. Here is the proposed amendment to the Constitution:
Proposed Amendment # 28 to the US Constitution
"Congress shall make no law that applies to any citizen of the United States that does not apply equally to all US Senators and Representatives. Congress shall make no law that applies to any US Senator or Representative that does not apply equally to all citizens of the United States. All existing laws and regulations that do not meet these criteria shall be declared null and void!"
As a duly elected representative of the "People", we ask that you approve to include Amendment 28 to the Constitution of the United States of America.
There are too many laws that currently do not apply to elected officials that are being imposed on American citizens. This type of lawmaking was the very reason we separated ourselves from the King's rule in the first place and became our own Republic.
This Amendment will stop abusive laws from being passed now and in the future against Americans, and demand more accountability from those we elect to serve in Washington.
