The Honourable Leona Aglukkaq Minister of Health: Stop the removal of "PL" (Production License) for our sick and disabled citizens.

In March 2014, all personal production will cease and all patients will be required to purchase their medicine at inflated prices.
The majority of these patients need to produce their own medicine as many are on fixed incomes.

The proposed changes will result in sick and dying people becoming criminals, increased suicides, violence against law enforcement, and increased health care costs due to an increase in suffering by forcing patients to use subsidized drugs that are life threatening and useless for many conditions.

We as Canadians need to oppose these changes. If this proposal is enacted, the patients will not have the funds to purchase from the proposed private commercial growers Health Canada selects.

Our sick in this country are already forced to suffer with their diseases, they shouldn't be forced to suffer at the hands of greed.

Since we specified an email address for our target, each time a supporter signs our petition, an email is automatically sent directly to that person.

Stop the removal of "PL" (Production License) for our sick and disabled citizens.
Your proposal will force sick and dying people to be subject to an exorbitant increase in price. Especially for patients who require large dosages this will result in an inability to access medication.
Your proposals will cause an increase in health care costs due to forcing sick and dying patients to use subsidized drugs that are proven to be ineffective for the patient.
Please reconsider and allow sick dying people the right to produce what has been proven to work for them. Most sick and dying people will NOT have the funds to purchase from those private commercial growers your administration in Health Canada selects.

Please Prime Minister Stephen Harper and The Honourable Leona Aglukkaq confirm you have read our concerns.
