On behalf of the citizens of the Coalition for Shared Governance, we hereby formally request your review and appropriate action into the questionable and possible improper use of Federal Funds by officials of City of Austin and Travis County, and related matters referred to the US Attorney for the Western District of TX by Certified Mail, Nov 11, 2009, to which no official response has been received.

Developments since 2009, when these issues were referred to DOJ, have raised even more questions on the part of taxpayers, homeowners & citizens (i.e, some $8 Million to City of Austin & Travis County of 'Federal Stimulus Funds' under housing rehabilitation provisions of The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.   Questions related to these concerns of possible criminal violations await requested appropriate investigation.
