This is a fight for a young man's life! A young man who was convicted partly on the testimony of a witness; that has recanted the sworn statement first used to convict Bennie Robbins. Robbins just a teen at the time of conviction was first giving Life as well as an addition 25 years in prison. The testimony of one of the State's witnesses was openly admitted to being false, by non-other than the witness himself. This admission of perjury was giving in the forum of written documentation presented to the presiding judge at the time. The case is again up for appeal; but is experiencing unexplained delays, other than the Covid-19 shutdown. whist's one family is grieving the loss of a loved one. The family of an innocent teen now a young adult (Bennie Robbins) is also experiencing the loss of a child. Robbins's life was taken away not only from himself but also those who love him.
