Enact legislation to remove terrorist organisation supporters from Australian society.

Any person who is duly prosecuted and found to be guilty of; providing or conspiring to provide support to, or, becoming a member of a designated terrorist organisation should be removed from Australia & never again be allowed to call themselves a citizen of this country regarless of the country of their birth.

Any person who, on behalf of or as a member of a designated terrorist organisation; plans, conspires to plan or attempts to carry out a terrorist act on Australian soil, or, harms or attempts to harm an Australian citizen should also be removed and have their citizenship cancelled.

People who wish to support these groups (such as IS or any of its linked networks) and who have been tried and found guilty or terror related offences should be removed to the country of that organisation.

The Australian tax payer should not have to fund the incarceration of these people within Australia. For example, should they choose to support IS or any of its linked networks, then remove them from this country, revoke their citizenship, cancel their passports and hand them over to the Free Syrian Army or Iraqi Government to be dealt with.

We must send a clear message that we will not tolerate terrorist activity in Australia. Those who support IS are a threat to innocent civilians in this country & taint the image of those who are peaceful followers of Islam.

This is not about racism or being disparaging toward a religion. This is about maintaining the safety of Australian citizens and hopefully discouraging others from partaking in the criminal activities of these designated terrorist organisations and their linked networks.

People who support these organisations should go to wherever the organisation is based and not hide under the freedom that a democratic society such as ours provides them.
