Right of appeal for visit visas
0 have signed. Let’s get to 1,000!
Hundereds of UK visit visa applications are being rejected without any rational reason, and the right of appeals against such decisions has been abolished since 2013, now a reasonable fees has been charged when an application is being made, so its just not fair to not grant the right of appeal against a decision that the applicant believes has been dealt with unfairly. If for some reason the Visa officer is concerned about some aspects of the application either an interview should be organised or atleast the right of appeals be granted to the applicant to clarify, THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF A PERSON SIMPLY CANNOT BE JUDGED FROM BEHIND A PAPER APPLICATION.
And there is no point of making another application as nothing is likely to have changed and it just goes back in circles.
Please take a moment to sign this petition and help tourists, families trying to visit the UK.
