We the students MCA IVth Semester, request our Head of Department for the exemption of fees until a proper conclusion does not arrive regarding our current semester. Payment of semester fees for our college  which is for the next semester should be waived off till no conclusive notice/directive arrives, We Cannot pay tuition fees for a semester that we are only "Provisionally" promoted. The parents of students are in no financial as well as mental state to provide high tuition fees for the upcoming semester because of the heavy losses and zero income in every employment sector and industry from past 3 Months.
Hope the situation is understood and acted on accordingly.
