Earlier this afternoon, students at Gunn High School received an e-mail notifying them that they needed to retake several AP tests (AP Calculus BC, AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, AP Physics C) and that other AP tests (AP Psychology, AP Physics 1, AP English Literature & Composition, AP Computer Science A, AP Chemistry, and AP Spanish Language & Culture) were currently under review by the College Board due to the fact that the scores were nullified by the College Board because of the distances between tables in which the students took the tests. These errors were purely due to the administration's failures to abide by the rules and regulations set by the College Board prior to proctoring these exams.  All end of year assignments/tests for the classes that have AP exams that need to be redone should be annulled, with all students receiving full credit on those assignments. Class time should be devoted to re-studying for exams that we should not be having to take. They screwed up, so studying should be on the school’s time, not ours. Please ask your parents to email Dr Herrmann/other administrators requesting for this to be implemented.
