Hello my name is Jamie Williams My husband Andy Williams has been incarcerated for almost 19 years already back in 2002 he got into some trouble my husband was not innocent to say the least he knows he messed up but he has mental health issues when the judge handed down his sentence knowing my husband was in and out of a mental hospital at the time he was off his meds but anyone knows when you have mental health issues like my husband does he’s not fit to stand trial but the judge didn’t look at my husband as him having mental breakdowns or being off his meds or some teenage kid hanging out with the wrong crowd Andy has had mental health problems since he was a kid I’m here to try to get my husband clemency he’s on his medication and I his wife make sure he gets it every day our family want him home he’s been away for way to long 2 life sentences is ridiculous we miss him and need him home with his family how can a judge put you away for 2 consecutive life’s for having mental health issues since Andy’s incarceration he’s got his GED he’s has taught classes to teach other young men to hang drywall and etc we as his family don’t think Andy got a fair deal and would like the common wealth of Virginia to grant him clemency if you know Andy like we do he’s a sweetheart and very respectful and never has a bad word to say about anyone or anybody so please help us bring him home
