Savannah animal shelter is relocating. They do not want to Transport all the animals to the new shelter,so what is their plan of action? They plan to kill animals simply because they do not want to transport them to the new shelter. They claim they are too overcrowed. Pleas sign to help save these precious animals lives.  Tell them to find other humane alternatives for the dogs instead of an unjust death! If you can help out by adopting or relocating animals to another shelter or good foster homes please contact the shelter.

Please Remember all of the dogs are very personable, love to play and are young dogs. Transportation can always be arranged -- please don't let distance stop you from saving these precious lives Robin Haspiel, Shelter Coordinator Savannah Animal Shelter 3175 Hwy 226 Savannah, TN 38372 731-925-3303 We are a "Kill" shelter We are severely overcrowded While we are going to be moving to a new shelter within the city, we have been informed that we will only be moving a fraction of the dogs to the new facility We have several dogs that have been sponsored (fully vetted and microchipped) and as such will be the first to move into the new shelter. These dogs, however, will not be so lucky: unless YOU can save them and Spare their lives!
