Hi my name is Kaleb Stough and at the age of 5 I was sexual assaulted by my babysitters 18yr old son at the time for the first time and it continued until the age of 10 when I finally told my aunt, cousin, and mother about the assault that had been going on for almost 6 yrs. my life was never the same after that and it never will be, because of the sexual assault I never can fully trust men and am always self conscious about how I appear to others around me, it affected me the most when I started high school and we had to change for gym I never changed for gym because it was always in the back of my mind that I could be assaulted again by a total stranger. Today on Tuesday August 3rd I found out that my abuser was let out on parole without being notified by the court system the York county court system has failed me because I didn’t get to have my say in the decision, I was the victim and my voice should have been heard and taken into consideration so with this petition I’m hoping to take it to governor of Pennsylvania and the Lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania and puttting him back into jail where he belongs so that I can live my life without having to worry about my safety and so that others don’t have to go through what I went through, he shouldn’t of been left out on parole for good behavior because he ultimately destroyed my childhood and I will never get that back.
