Dennis Payne started this petition to The governor of Pennsylvania and the residence of Kensington Philadelphia PA

As a resident of Kensington Philadelphia PA we demand that our city shut Down Kensington Avenue from the south side of Allegheny to the Northside of Lehigh Avenue and make it a temporary emergency enchantment for the 700 + individuals that are living on our streets of Kensington we want to centralized so we can get them away from the private homes who are trying to raise their families just until our country can figure out what to do with these individuals and being it's on a national level we need an national Sheltering system #iam4anationalshelteringsystem

These are other people's family members and maybe yours as well and we need to get them out of the unsanitary conditions that their living in and put them in a regulated area such as our Kensington Avenue can be and with the right Services stepping up we can make temporary Arrangement until we can find a proper Sheltering Place such as Kensington has 3 available factories one at A and Indiana and one at B and Clearfield and one at C and Allegheny these 3 Factorys should be commandeered by way of public demand if necessary to create a sheltering system So now if you do agree with our petition for immediate Arrangements that should be taken so our community can find a peaceful solution to a national problem we need you to sign our petition...
