We, the undersigned, request that RSA 135-C:27 be repealed, or otherwise modified, such that those passing through the Mental Health System may no longer be confined against their will, those who are confined, not because they *have* committed a crime, but because they *may* commit a crime.
We, the undersigned, request that RSA 135-C:27 be repealed, or otherwise modified, such that one may longer be confined for a period of months, or years, for declining the treatment being offered, treatment which, it has been expressly indicated to be detrimental towards health.
