This change will prove that there was no evidence against me, including no physical evidence has been presented that links me to the crime. I have a conviction based on no physical evidence and no eye witnesses. The Mississippi judicial system has failed to establish my guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. I am an innocent man charged with the offense of Capital murder. I was framed by a state informant juantray Bradford,which testified falsely against me for a lesser sentence. Also a convicted sheriff was employed to assist in the framing of me as well. The sheriff's stated that I told him about the crime in the county jail, but there were no documents to prove his testimony against me. There's a  conviction b ased on no DNA evidence, no physical evidence and no eye witnesses. I am  a symbol of struggle and hope. I have spent too many years in those dark chambers of death, without the voices of any civil rights leadership and the masses across the nation pointing out the injustices that has occurred. This incident has been swept under the rug. Supporters around the community maintained I am innocence by insisting that I was framed by an informant that wanted a lighter sentence .I want a new trial to  prove my innocence
