The Government of Manitoba has imposed the strictest COVID-19 restrictions in Canada over the past 10 weeks. They have done so without providing data-based justification to Manitobans. Manitobans deserve accurate and transparent data on where COVID-19 is specifically spreading in our province. If we are expected to continue abiding by restrictions that are contributing to the deterioration of our economic, mental and physical wellbeing, the government must provide justification for these restrictions. Why have businesses and activities been limited when no data has been provided that demonstrates COVID-19 is spreading in all sectors?

Our goal is to gain 10 000 signatures in support of providing Manitobans justification for the current Code Red restrictions. We are also demanding the immediate easing of Code Red restrictions on businesses and activities in Manitoba that have not been proven to be COVID-19 "transmission hotspots".
