The road has been abandoned for years..and the road leads to where the whole of the north get their potable drinking water from,and also,all the beautiful houses in the north,they get seasand from here.

successive governments have been promising to fix it,but they end up failing us..

the ghana water company limited for the whole of the northern region has their water treatment center here,but the road is not good..so they spend more money on buying chemicals to treat the water...

There is also a big medical center on the road called the The Kong’s Medical Centre...several eye problems have reported there and also problems with the lungs..because of the dusty nature of the road.
