Service dog dispute

First and for most, let's get this straight! The Training of Guide, and service dogs, is not what gives service dog teams the right of access, or certification. It's the choice if the handler, not the law. The Act is standard Guide lines. I have personally expirenced, some one accusing my dog not acting like a service dog, or I don't look like a person with disabilty. Actually said he was not a service dog! The problem is if your dog is not certified, your not protected by the BC Guide dog Act, you may be denied sevice. The dogs from the guide dog schools are protected but I was not? I must still be protected by the Guide and service dog Act, and that legislation, or that's discrimination. My dog was a service dog according to the defination under that Act, and I required him for my disabilty. He was not certified. What it means, if anyone denies service, they get away with, and will continue to treat others with service dogs the exact same way! It must be put to a heel imeediately! I wont sit and be quiet about it! I am being treated differently or unfairly, because my dog was not certified. This is asking the government to review the Guide and service dog Act!!!! Include those training thier own dogs!! Until then my rights will remain non visabile just as my disabilty!!! Not acceptable!
