We have been using Fossil Fuels to aid electricity for many years now and it's time to change. I'm sick of the idea of using some poor creature's bones to spark a fuse.

It's disgusting.

These creatures should be laid to rest, not being used when there are alternatives to using them. We don't even have to use their bones yet we still do, it makes no sense.

They're going to run out soon and then there's this whole scare about none of us being able to use electricity anymore if they run out, yet there is an alternative. It is barbaric.

The replacement fuels that should be used are known as Bio-Fuels. Why can't we just use these instead? For example, "Algae could yield more than 2000 gallons of fuel per acre per year of production." (source 1 from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternative_fuel

Not all the alternatives are great however, such as Bio-Diesel should not be used as a replacement unless it uses plants only, whilst it is using animal fats it is unethical and would be worse than using the bones of animals. 

I'm unsure about butane being used as an alternative also due to hearing before on another site that is not Wikipedia that it is a fossil fuel and that would be a pointless counterbalance. 

Please consider changing, this is crucial.
