People who are charged with sexual offences relating to children getting away with it by being given a suspended sentence and put on the sex offender register and give a Sexual Harm Prevention order (only for years not life) and they also still have the chance to see their children who are under the age of 18.
But someone who hurts cats gets 8 years this is not right and needs to be changed ASAP.
