It's disgusting that someone can cause a babies death, but because it's before 22/24 weeks gestation, it doesn't count!? Not right at all!

Because every unborn child has a right to life and in all its fullness. Anyone deliberately harming that right and preventing it, should be charged with murder. The grief of the parents is the same as if the baby was born naturally and then died.
