The platform we chose to do was Instagram and snapchat because that's the best social media platforms that I am comfortable using. Instagram gives you a lot of freedom to express how you feel by letting us upload images, captions, and it also gives people a platform to express themselves.  The message that I was trying to send through my posts was that people should care for homelessness. Also that we should all donate money because since the Bay Area is very expensive, we all can be in their shoes one day. We all should care because there are children, families, individuals, that need a place to live in, food,  resources, etc. Since the government doesn't give that much to the shetlers, we should be able to donate money to these shetlers so they can help more homeless people. This campaign can probably reach different shelters, bring awareness to the community and youth. I believe that it wouldn't go as far as the government, but the campaign can actually get somewhere with the support of family, friends, and the community. If we are in this together, anything is possible.
