The present set up is no good as unable to hear some doctors with accents over the phone People are dying and it’s very frustrating Not everyone has online zoom especially the elderly ! We need to see the doctor for reassurance and help to diagnose the problem Sending a photo of a rash eg could be any disease Dentists and opticians and hospital medics see one face to face so GPs must do the same !!
