I think the child protective service's need to be changed. I currently have kids in foster care and Cody Phillips put a petition into the court to have my kids removed from my care they was taken on April 6th 2020 and the person that put that petition in was just recently arrested on July 27, 2021 for endangering the welfare of a child and course of sexual conduct against a child who was under the age of 11. When I asked about his charges CPS caseworker said "He (Cody Phillips) has not been charged with anything it's all just accusations." I think since he got arrested for this even if it is just accusations and hasn't been convicted yet any case he was involved in or put in a petition to have a child or children removed from their parents  care should be thrown out and the parents get their kids back because of things like this happening in the child care system. The people that are supposed to protect our kids can not even be trusted in my eyes. Cody Phillips is on administrative leave instead of being fired. He is out walking free right now because of his own recognizance. Which I don't think is right because anybody else that has been accused of something like this would stay in jail and couldn't be released but yet a CPS worker can? What is going on with our child protective system?
