If you've watched The Good Vegan on Netflix, you probably tried forming an opinion about the story. I know that for me, Sarma was empathetic and touching, and the story mainly reflected the severe mental abuse and elements of physical abuse she had to endure. Then came the phone recording at the end between Sarma and " Mr. Fox". A recording where you supposedly hear Sarma "flirting" with her abuser after getting out of prison. It immediately felt wrong and disingenuous to the rest of the series, and upon further checking - it was revealed to me that it was Sarma herself who made the tape and handed it over to the creators of the documentary. They, in turn, chose to use the recording in the most confusing, manipulative way, a way that made *The Entire Story* seem shady and doubtful. Sarma, an obvious survivor of abuse, was now made to be seen as "flakey" and unreliable. 

I CALL FOR THE SHOW 'S CREATORS TO CHANGE THIS TRULY HURTFUL CHOICE. EITHER EDIT OUT THE CALL, OR EXPLAIN THE CONTEXT. OTHERWISE, YOU ARE CHOOSING TO SHAME AND DEFAME A GOOD PERSON, AND A FORMER VICTIM AND BRAVE SURVIVOR.
