As a UGA alum I'm disgusted by UGA's egregious disregard for public health. They're financial interests need to be closely examined, and there needs to be disinvestment from any conflicts of interest (i.e. for profit healthcare) as well as disinvestment from for profit prisons, oil, etc.

My son is attending UGA fall semester. He, myself, my wife, and my youngest son all live in the same household. I am concerned for all of our safety.

What body count will administrators accept before inevitably cancelling the rest of the semester?

It's currently not safe to return to work face-to-face. USG is cultivating a petri dish with the employees, faculty, and students as the test subjects. I don't want to be part of this experiment.

I don't want to watch my friends die, I don't want to watch my friends have to mourn the deaths of their family members. I don't want to watch my friends decide between seeing their families or getting a degree that will get them out of poverty. Don't risk students, faculty, staff, and every community that those people cohabitate with for a profit. Your universities have literal Billions to safe guard against their implosion. Protect students not your pockets.
