Queens Volleyball re-ignited my love of the game and helped set me on a path to the most fulfilling job- working with other young post-secondary student-athletes to build a legacy of their own at another post-secondary institution. Across the country in New Brunswick the Kings and Queens name stands for something... why would we want to erase that and start from scratch?

I think it should stay how it was. The Male team and female team shouldnt merge.
Everyone identifies as some type of gender.
They can decide where they fit. But dont change the name.

Sorry but my name on this petition is included accidentally. University of Alberta and Calgary have removed sexist names from their athletic programs and I think Red Deer University should too!
