The leadership of Delta team in MTIC. Our team has experienced many changes in leadership with squad leaders being replaced constantly while our past and previous leaders do put some effort in their leadership, it has been mediocre at best, with squad leaders being belligerent hypocrites. Their communication amongst themselves is horrid, often times they contradict themselves and we will have one squad leader yelling and another telling him to shut up. Another grievance amongst the members of delta is how they antagonize the whole team and it feels as if it's the leaders against the team when we should unit cohesion and be a team. The leadership should stand up for the whole team when a problem arises amongst ourselves instead of pointing out a single individual. Our leadership should also be there for us when we have concerns or problems, yet the majority of our team members don't feel comfortable enough to bring their problems to them, because most of the time their response will be " I don't know", granted they may not know it is their duty as leadership to take care of their Marines accordingly. Help us, humble Marines, improve the bad leadership we have experienced.
