A letter to spectrum by the citizens that they have forgotten.

Hello Spectrum,

Did you know that there are thousands of people outside the city limits of Albany,Louisiana that desperately need internet service ??

For years the people in these neighborhoods have had to do without internet services for years and to this day the nearest box to me is 800ft away with maybe only 5 or 6 homes with service. Do you realize the amount of money you're losing each and every month by not getting services to the thousands of homes in this area?? There are school aged kids in these neighborhoods that have teachers that just assume everyone in the world has internet. Do you realize most of these kids cant do school assignments because they dont have internet in their homes. The people in these "unservicable " neighborhoods as your company has labeled us are very hard working people many of whom cant just bring their kids to the library as they get home after the library closes.

Be better than your competitor, AT&T , who refuses to add lines to decaying boxes. Who refuses to put in new boxes, because let's face it, AT&T could care less about their customers.

Charter/ Spectrum has ALWAYS taken care of the little people. They've ALWAYS taken care of their customers.

So take care of us again and get service out here to the "unservicable" neighborhoods in Albany, Louisiana.

Trust me when I tell you you'd make that $ 2-3,000 copay ten fold if you did.

The residents outside the city limits of Albany, La. Have been forgotten. Entire neighborhoods are without internet. If you are in this area please sign the petition for yourself, your kids, and your grandkids.
