Amend and alter football league results after studying video evidence after a football league game is played if a referee fails to make a correct decision. Where Championship, Leagues 1&2 have the facilities to check video evidence a referee is officially requested to re-examine their decisions just before or after a final whistle is blown so awarded goals are removed from final results if deemed outside the rules of the game or goals are re-awarded if within them. This rule should also be considered for unfair penalty claims or penalties not given. If football Referees performances have been historically inept without recourse on the pitch, justice will never be fair and this has continued since the forming of the football league.
