The management of trash disposal, recycling and reducing is fragmented in several agencies both at Federal level and at State level.  With a miscommunication among them and a lack of clear leadership or even a define north.  It’s not about debating climate change, or attacking some current industry.  It is about dealing with the waste we produce every day.  Finding ways of producing less waste. Packaging with less material. Creating improved collecting systems. Reutilizing and recycling in a more efficient way.  From sewer waste, to farm waste, to city trash, to industrial trash to even space trash.  Everyday the trash truck leaves debris on the street, everyday I see trash on the streets, parks and waterways.  We are getting inundated in physical trash.  We need comprehensive and integral politics and the ways to enforce them. With a long term vision and a direct relationship with the executive branch. It will produce jobs for millions of people and prepare us for the coming generations.

Waste is not being properly mange and we need and agency for it.
