Same opportunities for talented football girls as boys during lockdown periods and beyond

0 have signed. Let’s get to 1,000!

Allow talented football girls in RTCs ( regional talent centre) to be able to train and play football during lockdown the same as boys. Boys ‘elite’ academies under 9-u16s are allowed to continue during National Lockdown but girls RTCs have been stopped. For example a 9 year old boy and a 9 year old girl who are at the same football club following a talent pathway do not have the same opportunities at this time. We need the FA to change the label of ‘grassroots’ for talented football girls in RTCs to Elite from age 8 the same as it is for boys.
