Kenville /Sea Cow Lake ratepayers association started this petition to The Ethekwini Municipality, SAPS and Metro Police.
We the Community of Kenville/Sea Cow Lake are preyed upon by criminals who steal from our homes and infrastructure eg light poles, cables and anything that can be sold to a scrapyard. We believe that closing these businesses that purchase stolen goods will be a huge step towards resolving this issue.
