WE ARE BREATHING MICROPLASTICS!

Microplastics are destroying the environment. One of the big sources of microplastics is your dryer. In fact, Americans release 100 trillion microfibers per day out of the dryer as the polyester and synthetic fleece clothes breakdown.

We are even breathing them today because so many of them have traveled in the environment. For example, the Tennessee River has 18,000 microplastic fibers per cubic meter, which is why we want to help that river the most. Every breath you take causes microfibers to get in your body. It also is harming many animals like fish, birds and seals. Some animals mistake microfibers for food and many more of them feed the fibers to their young, making them unable to survive. Which is why we have created a filter that you put over your dryer vent to filter out microfibers. But we need to spread the word, everyone can help, even in the littlest ways. Try using natural fibers like wool, cotton and hemp.

Please sign this petition to help us contact and convince dryer manufacturers around the world what problems microfibers have on the environment and what they can do about it.
