The DPS Board of Education: Don't Let Mrs. Worley Go.
Mrs. Paula Worley has been a beloved teacher and friend to her students, their parents, other teachers, and her peers. She cares for each and every one of them - something difficult to find in a teacher. We care about her, and want her to continue teaching.

It has come to our attention that Mrs. Paula Worley will not be returning to Henry World School next year - not by her own choice. It would be a terrible mistake for this middle school, which has had so much trouble in the past few years, to lose a teacher as brilliant and caring as her.
Throughout high school, we have had a plethora of teachers who enjoy their jobs and care about their students; however, the only teacher who continually shows this magnitude of love for her students, even after they graduate, is Mrs. Worley. She cares for her students and their education more than one might even think possible. Each and every one of her students values her not only as a teacher, but also as a friend in whom he/she can confide.
Mrs. Worley always shows her students how much she cares and remains as a constant source of strength for her students who are having a rough time in life. Her teaching styles expand the knowledge of her students by teaching them not only what they are supposed to know, but also the skills they will need for the rest of their lives. By modeling integrity, character, kindness, loyalty, and passion for what has become more than just a job, Mrs. Worley transmits these positive attributes to every student, teacher, and parent she meets. It would truly be a shame to lose such an invaluable and irreplaceable teacher.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and considering the implications of your actions; the students do not want Mrs. Paula Worley to go.
