The District Attorney for Washington County Oregon and

Why this petition matters

Headline: Every life matters, we are all connected by love. Stop racial hate crimes with mandatory prison sentences!
Corrupt police departments that blatantly cover up homicides of African American males in Oregon, is completely unacceptable. Making hate crimes against African Americans one of the easiest crimes to get away with, all too often it is a mere mild reprimand. Criminal charges for these crimes need to carry much harsher sentencing guidelines. It is a clear injustice when hate crimes against Black people and people of color are covered up and casually swept under the rug.
I want change for Black victims, and all victims of hate crimes to be treated in a just and fair manner. Please take a stand and stop criminalizing and victimizing victims of hate crimes. Hate crimes against Black people are strategic means to modern-day lunching’s in Oregon, casually being dismissed as if it were the statistical Child of destiny. Oregon has deep-seated racism; Good Ol boys club, proud boys, KKK White Supremacy roots, which have inseminated and helped breed a continuation of systemic racism. Liberty and Justice for all?
Mark Eugene Stadamire (Stoudamire) was born on December 7th, 1969, and passed away tragically on Friday, September 3rd, 2021, he was 51 yrs. Old. A talented Cordon Bleu chef, With an amazing passion and enthusiasm for the culinary arts industry. Mark touched many hearts throughout his lifetime with his presence and he also touched many taste pallets with his soulful eclectic cuisine. Washington County Sheriff's Department labeled the incident involving his death due to road rage. This was not road rage! My brother's murder was covered up as a road rage incident, but it was far from it. This was a blatant hate crime, and my brother was targeted and lured to a location where he was fatally shot five times at point-blank range.
From the point of Mark Stadamire's (Stoudamire's) death, Washington County Sheriff’s Office has made every effort to cover his murder up and blatantly sweep it under the rug. Treating the murdered victim and his family less than human and with the utmost disrespect. Embracing the Caucasian male 28 yrs. Old that fatally shot the African American male decedent five times at point-blank range as if he deserved to win the Pulitzer Prize...? The perpetrator is a known racist; a "White Supremacist", a gun enthusiast, and an active member of the Proud Boys organization. The truth regarding this crime is not being told…
There was never an investigation Only a cover-up; their main priority was to protect the young white Supremacist male and criminalize the victim an African American male. What was blatantly obvious was a cover-up from the onset of the murder investigation of Mark Eugene Stadamire (Stoudamire). I want Justice! I want the shooter that perpetrated this hate crime to be held accountable. This was no random road rage incident this was murder! There is sufficient evidence that was refused to be heard by the DA's Office of Washington County, Oregon, which supports Second-degree murder charges.
Amir scolding for taking someone's life involving a hate crime is not acceptable; it shows a travesty of Justice. Referring to another human being in a verbal altercation with a clear intent to cause fatal bodily harm; in addition, to using racial slurs, racial epithets; then saying you are scared and murdering them is not acceptable. All while being less than two blocks away from the nearest police station. I want justice for all victims of hate crimes! Help Wipeout systemic racism in our criminal justice system and balance the scales of Lady Justice. Sign this petition, make a difference! Mark Eugene Stadamire (Stoudamire), you matter, you are tremendously loved, R.I.P. my brother...
