•  When an Eye/Ear Witness comes to the F.B.I. and is threaten to be locked up for reporting a homicide of a Missing Person, and is ignored by Federal agents, over and over again, it's time for a Petition to find our Missing.  I am an Eye/Ear Witness to the Renaissance Center murder in Downtown Detroit Michigan, of Teamsters Union President Jimmy Hoffa. Hoffa was murdered by the New Jersey mobsters on July 30 1975, and back in November 2002, I came to the Detroit FBI, to report what happened to Jimmy Hoffa, and they threatened me by saying; Cease and Desist from coming back down to their office. We are demanding that the Detroit FBI, turn over the YARBROUGH FBI Hoffa files to The Michigan State Police.

This office located on Michigan Ave, Downtown Detroit Michigan.  They never took my story seriously, and never turn my information over to the Oakland County Prosecutor office?  Since they have Jurisdiction over missing persons in the U.S.A. I Petition to have other outside Law Enforcement agencies, be take over cases that the FBI, refuse to investigate.

21 years has gone by, since November 2002, and the Detroit FBI, has done nothing about the search underneath the Detroit Michigan Renaissance Center Crime scene.  In fact, they have continued to impede this crimr scene investigation?  In December 04, 2018, The Michigan State Police homicide division, conducted a full walk through of the Renaissance Center Crime scene, with camera and GPS, only for the Detroit FBI, six months later, to impede on the State investigation?

*****Detroit FBI, claimed, this Jimmy Hoffa crime scene, in which they have not touch at all Downtown Detroit Michigan Renaissance Center, is their jurisdiction so back off?***** Again, we are demanding that the Detroit FBI, turn over to The Michigan State Police, Michael Edward Yarbrough's FBI files immediately........
