Right To Information Act, 2005.

This act is a window to think, know and question the Public Authority. The sudden eruption of the Idea of "Digital India" seems to be vague, when a citizen doesn't have the infrastructure to file an RTI Online, and is further discouraged by the lethargy of the State Governments who fail to Develop a conducive system where Citizens can file An RTI.

I am of the opinion that each on of us, belonging to any strata of society should be able to file an RTI and put an end to the erupting curiosity, Helplessness, rage inside of us.
We can't boast about a socially active political representation, if we fail the Idea of Transparency, Ease of Getting Information and a stagnant system of Public Units across the Country.
I urge, and also believe that we should walk in the same direction Practically on ground rather than limiting our thoughts and actions to  certain Web based platforms, which over time dilute the real cause with the number of followers.

When we are entitled to Information by the Parliament of India,
When the Government of India Initiated  "THE DIGITAL INDIA CAMPAIGN",
which ironically has the motto, "POWER TO EMPOWER".
Are we Empowered?
YOU DECIDE.
