With the 2020-2021 school year taking place during a pandemic, our school district tried a new class schedule. On Tuesdays to Fridays, we have four classes each being 75 minutes long with a five minute break to follow. Periods 1-4 are on Wednesdays and Fridays, while 5-8 are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The schedule allows students more time to focus on a particular subject given the extended time frame. It also allows students to be let out earlier. We need this schedule to remain for the future students so they can have a heightened learning experience but also more time in the day to relax, work, study, or do homework.
