My Mum is 92-years-old. A couple of years ago, she went into hospital to have a pacemaker fitted. The procedure went fine, but she never regained her mobility afterwards, so we had to convert the dining room into her room. She now relies on a team of amazing carers to wash & dress her & also give her her medication. I was told this morning, that - unbelievably - carers are on the minimum wage &  - after all they have to do everyday, they deserve a decent pay rise. Will you join me & lend your support, to give carers a much needed pay rise. I have no doubt that Boris & the government wouldn’t even get out of bed, for the money they get & would like to ask for your support in giving them a long awaited & well deserved pay rise.
